Boatswain and Skipper (or other adult) is to report directly to registration.   See the forms page for “Registration Checklist” for info on what to expect at each station.
 
Remember that the Boatswain's mate is to report to barracks check-in.  The Boatswain’s Mate must have bunk cards for each member of the ship and tape to bring with them when checking into bunk assignment. (there is no reason to bring the bunk cards to registration since they are checking into the bunks at the same time)
